Cancellations
Bay rentals and coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit. Cancellations made inside 24 hours forfeit the session.
Packages
Multi-session packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person at our discretion. Unused sessions in a package do not expire within 12 months of purchase.
Memberships
Membership terms are disclosed in the membership agreement at signup. Refund eligibility depends on the membership tier purchased.
Group Events
Group buyout deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Outside that window, deposits are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
